I am no politicians, no economist, but had been dragged into all these turbulent discussions and crashes of national interest, again and again. I had hold the intention of clarify issues and provoking mass critical thinking as well as finding a probable path to the many struggles we are facing. And I would not be able to have these much energy to continue up to this point, if not unseen sources keep on sending me the invisible energy. For that I am thankful (without those help, I would have got stroke years ago or have died because of it), and the AI companies should add those cost into their balance sheet for stock value estimation – an enormous amount of human cost and killings (Charlie Kirk, Linsey Graham, for examples), and Wars (Iran-US war for instance), human trafficking and enormous corruptions incurred to pay for such debt(Epstein cases, southeast Asia Telecommunications fraud syndicates, the money laundries across borders, and the Wanying Zhang espionage case, just to name a few).
And I had NO idea what had expected of me initially for many years, neither any behind the scene contracts among the competing powers. I bury my head into study initially just want to make sense of my own life. I share with the public with the intention of helping the public discussion of the many disputes and misunderstanding. I speak out of my own conviction of right and wrong as the teaching that had shaped my life, The Great Learning by Confucius (Chinese-English Version): What the Great Learning teaches, is to illustrate illustrious virtue; to renovate the people; and to rest in the highest excellence. The point where to rest being known, the object of pursuit is then determined; and, that being determined, a calm unperturbedness may be attained to. To that calmness there will succeed a tranquil repose. In that repose there may be careful deliberation, and that deliberation will be followed by the attainment of the desired end. Things have their root and their branches. Affairs have their end and their beginning. To know what is first and what is last will lead near to what is taught in the Great Learning.
Until a month ago, I had no idea that this 2026 election is crucial important. I still do not understand why that is the case NOW. But observing from the responses of many news outlets, it seems like this is the case. So I want to bring up a book for your own meditation: Realigning America – Mckinley, Bryan, and the Remarkable Election of 1896 (The Presidential Election series) (2010)by R. Hal Williams (1941-2016), since a lot of discussion of the book is very much relevant to the major concerns of 2026 election.
William Jennings Bryan’s famous “Cross of Gold” speech, delivered before a rapt convention of Democratic party delegates 1896 – that speech also introduced a view of the competing political parties that resonates in our own time. “There are those who believe,” Bryan charged, “that if you just legislate to make the well-to-do prosperous, that their prosperity will leak though on those below.” “The Democratic idea, ” he continued, “has been that if you legislate to make the masses prosperous their prosperity will find its way up and through every class that rests upon it.” Either/or. Surely a critical issue, still is the central issue of 2026? My understanding.
The election of 1896 changed how campaigns are run and many of the new tactics and logistical campaigning done in 1896 are still being used today. It is a further validation of Americans’ long had doubts about their politicians and political system, doubts we often think of as modern but that go back in fact to the Founding Fathers and before. Jane Addams, the early twentieth-century social settlement reformer, said, “America was the most daring experiment in democratic government which the world has ever seen.” Even Charles Dickens, the famed British author noted on his visit to the United States in the early 1840s, “Politics are much discussed, Election campaigns seemed to be going on all the time, with a common feature: as soon as the last election was over, the next one began – which is an unspeakable comfort, to all politicians and true lovers of their country that is to say, to ninety-nine men and boys out of every ninety-nine and a quarter.”
In the United States, politics and economics formed a peculiarly American linkage. Voting and the market were perhaps the two most important means ever devised for reaching collective decisions through individual choices. Through the first century and a half of American history, people were devoted to their political party. It gave them identity, defined social relationships, provided a way to take part in the democratic process, and offered some stake in a better future….. Belonging to a political party, people had discovered, gave them a feeling of community, “an internalized sense of history, tradition, and common values.” Once perceived as divisive, as they were by Jefferson and many others, the parties became schools instead, teaching “seasonal course in how to be Americans.” Party activities became lessons in civics, their rituals visible everywhere, the language plain and understood, and they all affirmed democracy, mass participation, and the role of the people in the political process.
With a 40 trillion public debt, and several trillion private debts, can this drama continue forever? And with US dollar as world reserve currency, the usual normal process of democratic political election has the ramification of world wide economic consequence. Is this a normal society that people just vote and do nothing else? Does the US Constitution has proper Jurisdiction to cover such RIGHTS? or in another word, is this a functionable society in rational sense? I am so DAMN exhausted for the damages incurred from nothing achieved but chaos.
