It is said that France is helping supporting the purchase of US bond which is low rating from three rating agencies and already over 40 trillions with interest payment currently about 1 trillion every year. Part of the reason US had such high amount of debt to issue is mainly because of deficits in international trade – mainly from China and southeast Asia as well as government over-spending to support business but without reciprocal tax revenue in return.
We care about France for many reasons since the very start of American Revolution. According to the reports, France’s public debt is approaching 120% of GDP and is projected to reach 121.7% in 2027, up from 115.7% at the end of 2025, The budget deficit is around 5.4% of GDP, well above the EU’s 3% reference value.
I am no politician nor economist, but just my two cents questions:
- GDP formula was used after the Bretton Woods Conference. And if Bretton Woods system is no longer able to maintain worldwide finance order, why would the GDP formula it introduced still be used? GDP is based only on transactions dollar amount, is it a rational/impartial way to evaluate a country’s long term productivity? Give US dollar is no longer based on gold stand? Given the fluctuation of curries exchange? Who make that measurement decision? Is it reasonable?
- Why France is not eligible for the low interest rate IMF provided to other countries? For course, IMF can request for certain conditions for such loan, for example, used to take back the Plot of land of Louisianan Purchase, under a Legal Representative, such as Napoleon Bonaparte family, for example? Of course the Legal Representative gave here is only a suggestion for our potential problem-solving brainstorm, for the reason it is the First French Empire under Napoleon sold the land to Confederation of America. If we proceed this route, the tension on US bond market which is near collapse will instantly relieved. And American can get some more time to find long term solutions.
- France had taken in millions of refugees to help our world in decades of middle east wars, that should be counting extra merits for getting IMF low interest loans. And how much does Napoleon Code worth?
- Tons of business in United States had been able to borrow almost zero interest rate to invest in oversea business and made a huge fortune out of it in the last 25 years without pay much taxes to the government since 1990s when Bank of Japan cut its policy interest rates to zero following the burst of the country’s asset price bubble in 1999. Can we have Japan loan money to France with zero interest rate if Russia is allowed to sell its diesel at certain agreeable price to Japan? If United States choose not to take Russia’ diesel?
- And if US government is over-spending, how to balance the budget? Or the better question should be: who should cut their wealth? Given the dis-sevices US government did to its people, for instance, How Jeffrey Epstein used Woody Allen to expand his network ? And since there is so large a crowd of women and children fall under the victims of Epstein and Woody Allen, how would they justly get the War Reparations in this finance world war, which used sex trafficking women and child to replace money?
- Since Woody Allen is a world famous film director, who/what organization allow him to be so favorably rewarded for his crime against humanity? Another movie director who had productions grossed over $10.78 billion worldwide and received at least twenty or thirty awards , Harvey Weinstein had a similar, if not worse treatment as Woody Allen, why kind of power allowed Weinstein to operate with such impunity for so many years? - We have to ask why Hollywood worth that much money by heavily polluting the soul/culture of the world? Who gave its rating and money? The crimes of Diddy Sean Combs, who had received several global awards for his music talents by a system that choose to ignore his basic code of conducts. A timeline of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ career and legal problems gave clear indication how a small defects of individual character developed into monstrous crimes cultivated by a system. With his talents, he could have become a much better person than what he has been now.
