Can Supreme Court Rule for Rapists Physically Produce Children – an Experience for Them to Cultivate Human Hormone and Make the World a Better Place ?

I just heard that Pentagon Taps Elon Musk for Military Advisory Role. What had Musk been doing the best in the last ten years? He stole other people’s Patent for his electric car and made huge profits out of a world of pollution, fraud and destruction . Elon Musk is a personal with double-cheeks characteristic – he pitches capitalism against socialism just like Trump did, and plays socialism against capitalism just like Bernie Sanders – either way he win. Elon Musk is just one of long list of global elites’ abnormality, same is with the lists of Epstein, with Clintons, with Bill Gates, with Natayahu, with Xi Jinping and his brother, Obama, current President of Taiwan NaiQingDe, Bernie Sanders, Dalai Lama with …… the list goes a long way. We need a international public trial.

But in reality, he is a psychopath, his other scientific inventions are mostly like that level cleverness. What Elon Musk did best was he produced dozen of children with other women. How can we help Elon Musk and the like to get heal?

These people have a huge problem of unbalance in their energy field, lacking of normal human emotions, they caused cruelty and abusing of power due to lacking of unawareness in their psyche. These people are the manifestation of Machiavelli’s egoistic greedy, spreading of lies and hatch world disorders, hunger for power and dominance over others and insatiable desire for hegemony, so much so they lose touch with their feminine’s side of being – normal feelings, empathy and egalitarian with others in the sense of humanity and community, yet, they are just as coward inside as small chicken. They are the first to evade any accountability, running away from any hardship they had help caused.

If we can create internet, AI, profit crazily with fraud from the computer chips, and if these people are so capable of launch satellites with rocket to pollute the biosphere of the Earth and use nontechnical feudalism to exercise dominance , then probably let them physically produce children is not too much out of box thinking. This is the most effective and efficient way to help them heal, and let the world become a better place. Save from mismanagement of resources and catastrophe of financial crisis – another form of lethal violence towards fellow citizens of the world.

This is necessary because the rape culture rampant in the world – social Darwinism and violence towards feminine. The cold-bloodness and cruelty turn them into animal like. Men wanted to rape women, most of the time, is not for sex, but for power of dominance. Marndani and his New York city management demonstrated that was what they most capable of. Is there any true understanding that men are not that much different from women, in the sense that we are all made of energy. Maybe rapists can choose either have their sex organ removed, or go to jail (with possibility of bailout on condition of return certain percentage of their hidden wealth and pay taxes no less than 30 billions?), or physically produce children – options they can choose. Not only rapists, but people who encourage such behavior should be held similar accountability. Governments should provide the funding for this measures, since they had neglect their duties for too long.

Modern human claim for Human Right, regarding themselves as the master of the universe. Is there ever any thought occurred to them that rocks also have consciousness, trees have consciousness, mountain, river – nature have consciousness just as human have. The Earth have consciousness, over exploitation of resources strip the energy balance of this planet we call HOME. Human had been raping the Earth, their motherland since industrialization that the karma produces abnormal people like the Epstein’s list. It is time we correct this problem.

Many things the western do can traced back to its barbarian customs developed last two thousand years. In the Fullness of Human Experience, Dane Rudhyar argue for a new frame of reference must be both intellectually formulated and consciously, meaningfully lived because knowledge is not just about data, but about how that data is organized, interpreted, and applied within a worldview that shapes human action, in another words, the theory need to be lived consciously and meaningfully. Otherwise, it remains abstract and disconnected from the lived reality of individuals and cultures. Rudhyar warns that modern science’s mathematical frame, while effective in predicting material outcomes, can be glorified above other forms of reality, leading to imbalance in human consciousness and even tragic consequences. Rudhyar proposes a planetary, “Earth-being” frame of reference that integrates human function within the broader cosmic, natural, psycho-spiritual, and sociocultural order. That is, human should live harmoniously with each other, harmoniously with nature and Earth. This is not just a scientific model but a value-laden, holistic worldview that recognizes humanity’s role in sustaining and harmonizing the whole.

When the companies run the Courts: How Forced Arbitration Became America’s Secret Justice System, by Brendan Ballou reveals the cold reality of American legal system – decisions are made in secret by arbitration, and “judges” are paid for by the companies and abusers who are being sued. Victims usually lose. But when they do, they cannot appeal, and they cannot turn to real courts for help.
They are trapped in this system, and quite likely, so are you. You joined it when you accepted the Terms and Conditions on a website, opened a new credit card, or started a new job. When you did, you agreed to be trapped in this secret justice system called “forced arbitration.” Through its secrecy and corruption, forced arbitration helps companies cheat their workers, helps banks deceive their customers, and helps predators act with impunity. If companies and the very powerful often seem beyond the reach of the law, it’s because they are, and forced arbitration is the reason. Yet despite the fact that forced arbitration profoundly shapes our lives, almost nothing has been written about it.

The statistics bear this out. in small claims courts – which, as the name suggests, are designed to handle disputes concerning a few thousand or tens of thousands of dollars – consumers win as often as 89 percent of the time. In cases before the two leading arbitration firms, however, consumers win just 21 percent and 33 percent of the time. Those who represent themselves before one firm win as little as 6 percent of the time. Today, more than 55 percent of nonunion private-sector workers – some sixty million people – are subject to mandatory arbitration, up from just 2 percent in the early 1990s. While arbitration is unfair, it is also unequal. Black workers are more likely to be bound by arbitration than white workers, and women are more likely to be bound than men.

The interesting thing is that forced arbitration in USA, which is reviled by our lowest courts, was created by our highest. In response to a supposed “litigation explosion,” the US Supreme court empowered companies to compel their customers and employees into this secret justice system regardless”originalism,” or “textualism”. Arbitrators are naturally inclined to rule for the party that is, in essence, their employer. for arbitrators, unlike federal judges with lifetime tenure, how they rule can directly affect how – or whether – tehy stay employed. Also more than just empowering arbitrators, the Supreme Court declared those arbitrators’ decisions to be largely un-reviewable by ordinary judges. In this way, the court made our public justice system powerless to stop the private one. Many companies require that their customers and employees not only arbitrate their claims, but do so individually, each person typically has to pay for their own lawyer. This makes all but the most serious cases affordable to most people. Yet the US Supreme Court has made clear that these agreements are enforceable, even when they make it impossible for people to pursue their claims.
